    In doing a little math Those gages just might be screwed up. .370" gage diameter to a .381" chamber diameter at the case mouth. Bore diameter of .355" to .357" you should have .012" land on a side. Now that you only have .370" that leaves you with a .0065" shoulder to hit. The depth of the rifling on both sides is damn close to that. should be .008" over all or .004" on a side so you would have a .002" shoulder to hit. Nope no way thats will work. So if the throat was cut on the generous side you may loose the ability to hit the shoulder. and why the gage is dropping into the bore. I'd call clymer and ask. I take back what I said about the guaranty of the gage. it does sound screwed up.
