buying a 1911 frame??

Does any one know of a 1911 frame that can be purchased here in California.
I know that the STI are not allowed. Brownells sells a couple, but I fairly sure
that they are not on the approved calif list.

I dont think you can purchase any frame in CA bc of the roster. Maybe you can ppt one if you can find someone who has one.
