Possible to fix a misaligned trigger pin hole?

Is it possible to fix a misaligned trigger pin hole. Pin goes through either side but gets caught on the inside wall on the opposite end. Input please.

I dont think the picture shows exactly how off it is but with a digital caliper, from the base of the hole to the base below it getting 8.94mm on Side A and 9.35mm on side B

I saw an ad awhile back where a guy dills out the holes to specs and taps the holes, but larger, then screws in a threaded sleeve (s), and then the pin holes are now aligned correctly.

                              use a boring head.
a reamer will only follow the existing holes
