    .223 Chamber wall thickness?

    What would be the minimum chamber wall thickness for a .223? Thanks

    Depends on what is supporting the chamber

      Barrel is free-floating, supported by trunnion on receiver. Thanks

        So then on what platform?? If the barrel is in a trunnion you already have an established chamber wall dimension.

          .223 Chamber wall thickness?

          TC contender barrels are 0.812" diameter and don't blow up when firing 223 cartridges.

            Steyr AUG and MSAR barrels are scary thin... I'll check tomorrow at work... less than .200 wal
