I was reading in somebody else's thread about Loctite/staking and didn't want to hijack it. It got me thinking about some of the stuff we've had to do to keep the process moving at AK build parties or other times when no stores were open. The Wiley E. Coyote School of Gunsmithing does not have to mean something was bubbafied.
The Loctite got me thinking about when I needed some late at night and found my tube empty/dried out. I don't even remember what part it was but I used Elmer's white glue. The part stayed where I put it and came off when I wanted to take it off.
Then it was using drill bit shanks as pins to populate an AK barrel.
Using a flower vase for Parkerizing barreled AK receivers at CSA's house.
Do you have one to add?
