Wasr will not feed PPU soft points.

I have 600 trouble free Wolf HP rounds on it. It will not feed PPU soft points. Round gets stock on a feeding ramp. Is there a fix for it or am I better of with regular ammo?

I had problems with my wasr and that ppu ammo. I was using the kind that had the rounded tips, the same as you have pictured. They wouldnt feed properly, and then the case would get stuck in the barrel and wouldnt eject. No problems with wolf, so I just avoid that ppu stuff.

Get "regular" ammo. It's all low cost for steel case anyway. It's just easier to avoid the soft point.

The PPU soft point makes for an overall shorter length compared to the standard steel cased ammo. It has a longer distance to travel form the mag to chamber.

I modified one of my mag's to feed it in my AR 7.62x39. I use it strictly for hunting and it makes a really good and accurate hunting round......great price too!
