Check the depth of the trigger pocket. I had one that I was able to install everything, but it didn't work. Turned out not only was it machined at a slight angle, but the pocket wasn't deep enough. Totally my fault for not ensuring it was properly installed on the jig. Fortunately the company I bought it from had a "crap I screwed up" deal for replacement. Still had to pay, but only half the price of a new one.

Ok... dropped the depth of the pocket as much as possible. i also had to open up the front of the trigger hole a bit aaaand..... presto!
Function check passed!
I also put my brothers adams arms upper on it, and it cycles fine.
I dont have an upper yet, so i might try to shoot with my brothers upper on it next time we go out. i will post the results.
