    SIG P226 short trigger install

anyone have info on how to do a detail strip of the P226? I can't find any step by step instructions with pictures on the web.

I want to install a short trigger.

I can't get the pics. The laptop shows the pics as boxes with an x in it, and the desktop shows nothing? Any ideas?

Do a search on Sigforum. There is a pictorial on how to install a short trigger on file there.

I hit a brick wall there also. Matter of fact, they are pushing a dvd for such purposes and offer up no other suggestions.

          Any other ideas?

Spend the 20 bucks on the DVD its well worth it.

Make sure the gun is not loaded
MAKE SURE THE GUN IS NOT LOADED
NO LIVE AMMO OR MAGAZINES ON WORK BENCH
CONFIRM THAT THE gun is NOT LOADED!
            Remove the grips
            Remove the take down lever
            Remove the slide
            Take the trigger spring out
            Remove the locking block
            Remove trigger pin
            Remove trigger
            WHOLA!!!

Hint make sure you pay attention to the orientation of the pin holding the trigger to the frame when you pull it out.

just take it apart they're pretty simple.
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.
