No. Not on MOST factory made AR's.
But some of the custom made AR's do, as do certain blowback AR's. And piston driven AR's have spring loaded bolt assemblies.
I made sure to install one in my AR-45 that I built from the ground up (not a pre-built AR45 upper conversion & no conversion mag block).
And I converted my wifes 9mm AR15 (CMMG) to spring loaded style to get rid of the possibility of slam-fires. Which are well documented in blowback AR's when they get dirty.

The AR10 from Armalite does have a spring to help reduce a slamfire
The Milspec AR15/ M16/M4 does not have enough mass in the firing pin to need a spring.Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
