Ruger p94 guide rod HELP

My buddy is claiming that this part is off a Ruger p94 but I am not able to locate this part on the schematic, Any ideas? It looks like the guide rod buy the block at the end....????

I have had many Ruger P series apart at one time or another.
I have never seen any of them with dual recoil springs or a block like that on the end of the guide rod or a guide rod with fluting cuts in it.
The guide rods usually are hourglass shaped inside the spring to let them tip up as the slide moves rearward.

With further research, that guide rod above seems to be from a Ruger P944.
