WASR Romanian underfolder conversion question

Hey guys,

I picked up a WASR AK-47 underfolder awhile back and the stock is pinned open so it meets the OAL requirement. I'm not too familiar with AK's and want to be able to fold the stock but will need to pin and weld a longer muzzle brake on there first. I've located a muzzle brake and am ready to make the conversion but when I look inside the receiver, I can't for the life of me figure out how and where this underfolder mechanism is pinned. I've searched high and low using Google to no avail. Is there anyone that can help me out by pointing me in the direction of any articles with pictures or videos that explain how to pin an underfolder stock so I can reverse the steps?

Your problem is they didn't pin the stock open the friggin welded it.

Nothing a dermal can't fix

Are those welds where I have the red arrows pointing? I just need to take a Dremel to them and it should be good to go?

Also FYI as long as your barrel is 16 inches you don't need to pin and weld the longer brake.

Pin and weld is only required to bring a short barrel up to 16". Making OAL does not require permanently attaching anything.

You could even use one of those sling adapter plates and a shorter muzzle device.
