1903 Needs a barrel Put on

I've been looking everywhere but cant seem to have any luck. I have a 1903 and a new barrel straight out of the cosmoline that needs to be put on and head spaced but no one in orange county seems to do this work. I contacted Bolsa Gunsmithing but they gave me a date of close to three weeks out. If anybody knows anybody or anything about doing this, Please, i beg of you to let me know!!! Thank you in advance.
