H&R Topper Model 158 Help disassembling

Alright so I have this H&R shotgun it's a topper model 158 and I just recently bought a new 12 gauge barrel for it. I took it to the range and tried to shoot off some Remington shotgun shells. Everyone one I tried did not fire but every single one did have a dent on the primer. I'm trying to figure it whether the problem is the firing pin or if the hammer isn't hitting hard enough? What are your thoughts? And how can I disassemble the receiver to replace the hammer and/or the pin. Both seem like an easy fix to me.

It's all pins. they drive out one way only look for the knurl and push out from opposite side. clean the firing pin and hole, oil and reassemble it's probably gunked up.
