They are both the older 4mm trunnions and pins...
I have one of the new 5mm type un built... I did a test fit on a bare receiver a while ago, for me the difference was so slight that you could barely notice....If you wanted you could just file the profile of the rear of the receiver to match the trunnion if you really wanted to make the angles match though.....
The barrel in the above pic's with the Russian FSB /GB is going on this Saiga receiver and the newer 5mm rear trunnion. Here is a pic of the 5mm stock and trunnion, as well as the trigger guard with the correct profile around the rivets on the safety stop....

Here are a few pics of the Saiga receiver. I cut it for the 5mm trunnion....Still need to cut the latch slot in the receiver....
I'm going to use the barrel off the Saiga on another 5.45 build.... I just need to pick up a Russian AK-74 kit from Rguns with the dimpled barrel attachments to mate with the barrel....

On the AK-105 I was able to get a rail off a Saiga. For some reason a guy didn't way the rail on his rifle... ... The rail on the AK-104 is a Bulgarian rail from Kvar....
In reality locating and drilling the scope rail holes is not real difficult... The rear hole is the rivet for the rear trunnion... So that one is drilled for you. So I set that rivet first, then align the rail with the top of the receiver and clamp them together... I drill the front rail hole and then set that rivet... Then I drill the center rail hole and set that rivet...
A bit on the time consuming side but my time is free.
