Barrel population help

So I have an AK that I built under supervision last year and I managed to cant the sights and gas block worse than the century arms monkeys. Now that I'm up in Oregon I'm having a tough time finding the tools I need to fix the issue and have decided that I'd much rather pay someone to fix it then spend a few hundred dollars on tools.
