    Need Advise on Trigger Fabrication

BravoTec sent me the wrong Geissele SSA-E. It's the straight flat trigger instead of the rounded one. It's not all that bad, but I would like the straight edges rounded off a bit.

How can I do this without trashing my $240.00 trigger? Doable or should I just deal with it? Sending it back is not an option, don't want the hassle.

Dremel and a light hand is the quick route.

Or some 100-150 grit sandpaper and take your time. Then finish with a 250, and 400

Will this screw up the finish to the point I will need to treat it?
