1911 80% build frames

Anyone in the sacramento area has any experince in building a 80% 1911 frame? Possible using a cnc machine? I'm not talking about the ares amror version. This particular frame is aluminum and the grip as well.

I'm looking to buy one for a 1911 .22LR build.
