Basic parts kit question

Hello all. I wanted to know what is the easiest parts kit to reassemble into a functioning rifle. I was thinking a sten but if it was, wouldnt it be as popular as an ak parts kit? Please take into account the availablility of barrels, recievers, and other miscellaneous parts. I am interested in doing my first build so any help would be appreciated

I've not tried many guns but the AR15 I know is easy and quick. Most people have everything needed but an ar wrench which goes for 16$

If you make your ar from a 80 percent some milling or drilling is required.

As in homemade arms? Ar has to be the easiest, simplu milling and drilling. Ak is welding, rivets, shop press bending. Then theres uzi and similar where you just weld the parts together using a jig. Thats putting it simply. None are "easy" unless you pay for a bp or gunsmith. But gunsmith is not cheap.

Black Powder Single Shot Muzzle Loading Rifle would be the easiest Rifle Parts Kit to put together since you did not specify what type of rifle. LOTS AND LOTS of available parts everywhere.

+1 on an AR. You probably have most of the tools you need already. A barrel/castle nut wrench is useful, as is a vice block to avoid torquing the upper when you install the barrel nut.
