Or make your own with a clothes hanger, plastic bag, and known weights like a 3lb dumbbell or lead bullets.

I'm ordering a remington 700 5R and I wanted to check the trigger pull during the initial inspection, I here the X-mark pro triggers sometimes come with really high trigger pulls other than the advertised 3.5 lbs (5-6 lbs). If the gun doesn't meet the 3.5 lb tolerance, I can return it right? no penalty to me?

Spend the extra ten bucks and get a good RCBS Premium as it is a nicer unit. I own one that I would be willing to loan if you pay for shipping both ways and if you're really feelin good about it, throw some random goodie in it on the way back! Offer's on the table.

I doubt it, if you've already done all the paperwork. They'll want you to send it back to the factory instead of refunding money. So make sure it's what you want.
