Mauser front sight question

I'm getting a. 375" front sight blank from Brownell soon. My yugo mauser is shooting 4-6" high at 100yds which I think is pretty normal. I think the stock posts are between .2 and .210". I haven't taken a caliper to mine yet. Does anyone know an equation relating to the height of the front sight and how bit will affect Point of Aim? I'll probably have to file it down some.

(21" sight radius*5" correction)/3600" to target = 0.029" sight height change
