Arsenal bullet button removal

I need help with switching out the arsenal bullet button with say a solar tactical bullet button. Is this something I can do on my own? Is there a gunsmith here in the Bay Area that can help me with it.

Which rifle?

Some of them are riveted on, if you decide to drill them out it will void your warranty.

I'm in San Jose if you can't do it on your own, I also have a few mag catches. That is the actual part that needs to be replaced.
