remington 11 87 loading gate problem

hi everyone i have a remington 11 87 and i took it apart to change the safety and now that i put it back together the loading gate will not go up so i can load it can anybody help please

~ Carrier Dog Follower and/or Carrier Dog Follower Spring missing or installed incorrectly?
~ Carrier Latch not in correct position?
