Fitting New Wilson Barrel Bushing

I just got my new Wilson Combat Thick bullet proof barrel bushing in the mail today. I knew it would need some work to custom fit it to my barrel and in the slide. Question, what approach should I take to sanding the ID of the bushing? Right now I am using 400 grit Wet/Dry paper over my finger. I think this will take forever.

Also, what about the OD, I'm thinking that will be easier. Any advise?

Inside actually went pretty easily. OD is proving to be more work with just sandpaper and my hands.
