Info on making a custom stock

I'm trying to find information on how to build a custom stock that folds for a Savage bolt action .223 rifle.

I'm thinking more the lines of a stock like the Mas 36 CR 39

Copying any of the many folder designs available for 700's would work fine.
Just adapt the bedding area to fit the savage.
