Need Benelli M4 extender thread size.

I've been trying to find online what the threading size/pitch is on Benelli m4 tube extender but i can't find anything can someone help please, (or a print would be the jackpot!)

Just buy a replacement extended length magazine tube from Dave's Metal Works...

I have a sample but I need the exact thread/pitch size, they are a flat bottom thread..

I made my own m1 extension tube 15 years ago.
If I recall correctly, it was a 2mm pitch thread that had a 50% aspect ratio.
I don't know if they use the same pitch on the m4 or not.
