AR carry handle sight way left. Fix?

I put a removable carry handle A2 sight on a upper I purchased from Palmetto. It's shooting way right, so the sight is almost out of adjustment to the left, and still a couple inches out a 25yrds. Any easy fix for this, or does the barrel need to be re indexed?
Got it a couple months ago, but just shot it Sat. Is Palmetto good about fixing problems?

Send it back to have the barrel indexed properly.
When you over tighten the barrel, is causes it to cant slightly and require tons of rear sight adjustment.
If the upper receiver index slot is mashed by the barrel index pin, let them fix it for you.

They have a good reputation for fixing mistakes.

Thanks for the reply. I Emailed Palmetto about a return. Hopefully it will be a easy fix and I just have to wait a bit to get it back.
