Maadi build question.

[Eddie1965]

I'm looking into building my 2nd AK and was looking into getting a Maadi kit. I see they are banned by name but no where on the kit does it say Maadi, at least in English, it could say Maadi in Arabic, not sure. Am I good to go with this build? Thanks.

Receiver is the firearm.
If you have a kit, and are using a US made receiver (NoDak Spud) or bending your own flat your resulting firearm is American made, and Off the banned list.
