im looking for someone who has experience in working on polymer frames with epoxy or accraglass.. i want to add a beavertail to a gun. if anyone can point me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it.

Is it possible to take a 1911 beavertail, mod it, and epoxy, then file it down?

Where are you located? I can lend you a metal 1911 beavertail, and some abs pr delrin. Shape it, and epoxy it or melt the plastic yourself. Then sand it smooth. Doesnt sound hard.

only person i know that can "weld" non metal frames and does all this work but i don't know his prices but i bet its not cheap

Could I ask why you want to do this, are you getting bitten by the hammer or the slide ?
