    AK-105 Clone Conversion

I have an Arsenal SGL 31 that I'm in the midst of getting converted. if anyone is thinking about doing one, just know that certain parts are HARD TO FIND!
I already have a top notch gunsmith who'll be doing the work (I know, I know, I can go to a BP and accomplish the same thing).

this is what's getting done to the rifle in case any of y'all want to do the same thing:
-purchased a new Russian polymer side folding stock from K-Var
-saiga 300m sight leaf is being engraved to 500m, the correct sight for a 105
-Cryllic markings will be engraved on the receiver by mystery gunsmith
-Bulgarian FSB will be installed in place of the 90 degree one I currently have
-barrel will stick out about 4" beyond the FSB so I'll have a CNC Warrior barrel cover over it
-cleaning rod will be cut down to correct length

I'll post pics when I get the rifle back, just wanted to share.

    price: I take the 5th

Yes the parts are hard to find and expensive, especially if you want all original Russian ones.

I've done a few of those, a couple were shipped as pistols and had the SBR NFA paperwork done out of state.

The others, well......they just never learn.

I would but I don't have the skills or tools to rivet the stock into the receiver
