Fellow Calgunners, I just acquired an AMD-65 parts kit with a US barrel that has all the threads, gas port.. I'm looking for a professional and trusted gunsmith to put it together for me, anyone you know located in Santa Clara County or the peninsula? is it better getting a flat from AK-Builder or 100% receiver from NDS? If I get a flat, do I need to get it registered after the build is complete even if it does not come with a SN? which way of the two receivers is cost effective at the end of the build? Thanks
