It might be me but your hammerdown4 Jpeg the pin seems not to be square. A tilt of some sort when compared to the frame sides. (?)

Actually the hammerdown4 pics is with the hammer removed. Which pin are yiu talking about? The pins aren't in the picture if your talking about the 2 trigger pins. I just put pin punches in the holes for now until I can figure out what the problem is. This is my first 80% build and I have a feeling somehow the lower might be out of spec?

        Fcg pocket might need some
        More milling.

If you want, you can bring the lower to my machine shop, and I can measure everything. My shop is in North San Jose.

The fee is 1 small can of Red Bull. lol

The hammer release with the selector out. Does the trigger move freely without the hammer or selector installed?

your FCG area might now be milled to the right depth and not giving the trigger enough clearance under it to let go with the hammer.

or your trigger hole is too small and triggers not moving freely.

MEasure the depth of the FCG pocket. its should be 1.249"

If the hammer releases with the selector out, then either the hammer/trigger pins were drilled too high, or the selector hole was drilled too low.

You can fix this by either trying to redrill the selector hole (terrible idea), or milling some material off of the selector so the back of the trigger can go higher once you put the selector on fire.

If the trigger won't release the hammer when the selector is out, and the disconnector is catching the hammer, then your hammer/trigger pins were drilled out of spec. Adding some material to the front of the disconnector might help - but that's pushing it.
