10/22 barrel hole milled on 80%

Does anyone have a mill to bore the barrel hole, for a 10/22.
I don't want to mess up my receiver on a drill press.
because it's a 80%er I need to do the work, just need to have help setting it up.
Anyone in the L.A. area that can HELP??
