How long of a session, i.e. how many shots fired before the problem occurs. Is the pistol very hot to the touch?

You may be under lubricating it, or you may need a heavier recoil spring or have some other issues.

If these are reloads I suspect that the rounds will not fit in a chamber gauge.

Examine your crimp stage and see if you have room for improvement.

There are a myriad of reason that may be the culprit.

If I had to guess on where to start.
Sounds like a possible mag problem.

I have a bunch of Para experience.

            Where do you live?

If you are close. We can meet at a range and try a few things.

I shot a P14 45 once, that was new, and had similar issues. Some research showed that it isn't uncommon for a new Para to need some fine tuning. They are said to be great guns when the bugs are worked out, but they are sometimes iffy when new. That P14 hasn't been shot since I first used it and still needs help as well.

                Are you using Para mags?

Does sound like break in issues.
