Looking for a 7.62 x 39 Upper Assembly

Instead of trying to remanufacture my Sig 716, I decided to do a new build with 7.62 x 39 chambering. Any ideas on where to find an upper? Secondly, if I buy one out of state, what do I need to look for to make sure it is CA Compliant?

Had mine built by Parallax Tactical (off of Miramar) a few months ago. Call them and ask if there is any chance of finding the parts you need. You'll like the price and quality but parts are scarce now.
