    Machining plans for lower

Hey guys I was just wondering if anyone has plans for an AR-15 style lower that I could take to a machine shop. I'm exploring the idea of getting an FFL and starting a California AR production company. I'm researching costs and stuff like that and wanted to know if anyone had plans so I wouldn't have to pay for the prototyping service, cad drawings, etc..

BTW anyone who can provide plans or point me in the direction of plans will get a complementary lower

Thank you both very much. I think since it was a tie we'll offer you both a lower at no charge. It will be a few weeks/months till we're at full production.

This is what we've designed so far. Just a simple photoshop job on another lower. Any suggestions on design would be appreciated.

Models we've though of could be
                - NorCal-15
                - SoCal-15
                - CalGuns.Net-15

My link was more specific, so I was actually more than a couple seconds ahead.
I surfed through Justin's site for several minutes before posting the link.

I will also tell you to buy a copy of the blueprints that are re-drawn from the Colt 1994 prints.
That way you can check through everything in the solid model before you run parts.

Not trying to get anything, but in case you need more, here's a link to AR15.com's AR (and AK!) CAD files.

This is the other logo we're kicking around

AKs are on our todo list after we have a set of functional ARs

I think one with a Gadsden Flag would be cool, if you happen to be looking for multiple ideas.

I like the bear. Can you put a sickle around the star? Would go perfect with the "K"!

(it's a joke fellas, I wouldn't endorse a communist state but it would be kinda funny and true!) But I really do like the bear better than the star.

I think you should have a logo of our capitol bldg... I love the idea of a lower being sold all over the country... comming from Sacramento... the heart of the Gun Kontrol/Harassment movement. Do it dude.
