Refinisher recommendations? Help/Thoughts

Hey guys, I have a 1911 that I need to get refinished. I typically work with a very good company but, both gentleman are 70+ years old now and are just not taking in work. They actually maybe giving it up... So, it looks like I am tasked with finding a new refinishing company.

This is somewhat concerning because, I have had folks get things refinished and.... wow, its just not good. Actually, my eyes almost popped out of my head the last time a guy showed me his blue job... he thought it was great. Sadly, it was horrible. Rounded edges, buffed in the wrong direction, and some roll marks knocked down and stretched.

Anyway, Do any of you guys have a recommendation here? I have heard good things about the following:

Fords
Boses
Accurate Plating and Weaponry

I had Accurate Plating and Weaponry Chrome a M&P for me around a year ago and it came back very nice. I am just not sure about Blueing.

Anyway, here is a picture of what I am looking to get done to my Kimber (buff wise).

Thats an amazing job. Nobody's chimed in because it seems you have a very good sense of the level of craftsmanship you desire. I can only say that you should speak to refinishers yourself and see their work firsthand.
