    Tula Krink?

Today I tempted fate and ordered a Tula krink kit from Rguns.
Any recomendations on which barrel to buy? I'm planning in making a rifle length gun.
    Thanks.

If a move out of California isn't in your future then a 16in barrel probably makes the most sense. You can cover the length with a fake PBS suppressor and it will still look like a Krink.

That said, I waited for months for a Bluejack barrel to come available. The AK builder barrels weren't available back then.

If you go with a rifle barrel get a virgin barrel. There will still need to be work done to get your Krink parts to fit. At least if the barrel is virgin you won't need to weld up the gas port.
The barrel will need to be turned to get the fsb where it needs to be.

Have you bought from Rguns before? I've heard mixed reviews.

Thanks for the advice. I read about the bluejack barrels. Does anyone have a contact for him?
I haven't oredered from rguns before but read about the negative reviews. With that being said I have had some trusted friends order before and still recommend it.

AK forum, he is doing one last run of barrels. Look in the Krink or vendors forum.

Bluejack would be my choice for a krink length barrel that is chrome lined (8.5"). NOTE: he oversized the barrel journal to fit with every variation of the front trunnions available so they will need to be turned down to fit a 1-3 sized front trunnion.
Personally I went with one of the 16" non-chrome lined barrels from RGUNS on my build covered with a PBS-5 fake can from Copes (when they had them).
It's a good shooter, and although I shoot only Russian 7n6 out of that rifle I have not had any issues with rust since I clean well.

                      My krink....

It's 7.62 I bought all of the parts off KVAR. They were virgin bulgy parts. I bought a few at a time till I had every thing. The barrel is a virgin bulgy barrel. I sent the barrel and parts out to get profiled and populated and headspaced by a guy in Oregon. I built it on a Nodak kyber pass reciever.

The barrel is full length and I picked up the fake can to cover it on GB.

Fun as hell to shoot and it always is a head turner at the range.

Been waiting on parts from R-Guns for almost 2 months. I have ordered from them a bunch in the past and even put a $2600 order in with them in December which shipped by the first week in January. But I have had no luck with the stuff I ordered in the beginning of Jan and neither has my buddy. They will ship your stuff it just may take some time.
