San Jose area AR pistol build help

I am planning on building my own SINGLE shot AR pistol from an 80% lower. Anyone with experience and proper tools willing to supervise while I finish the darn thing? Within say an hour of SJ. I would prefer to get it right the first time since AR lowers are much more expensive than AK flats. A case, maybe two, of cold ones of your choice for helping me out.

Don't worry, I won't order the pistol upper until I finish the pistol lower. I don't want the ATF knocking on my door.

Make sure you have access to a milling machine.
It's NOT just a matter of drilling a few holes.
There is milling to be done in the fire control area as well as many precise setups that the drill jigs do NOT do for you.
You will want to mill a counterbore before you drill the trigerguard detent hole or the drill bit will wander.

My first one took about 7 hours to complete(several evening sessions), but I am very detail oriented and slow.
    Measure 3 times, cut once!

    Most work performed while-you-wait.

I am open to suggestions on how to make this happen. Any ideas guys? Once I get something in my head, I have a one track mind.
