AK Flat Bending Die

A friend of mine made me this AK flat bending die. Thought I would share. Put an AK builder flat on it and use the pistol grip nut hole locating feature (A in the 3rd pic) and a magwell locating feature (B in the 3rd pic). Bolt down the bending die retainer plate. Grease up the bending die bed to prevent galling. Use press to bend AK flat into shape. Made for use with a 10 ton or greater press.

That bottom radius looks huge. you may want to fix that as the original radius it tight like .010" on the inside which would be a .050" on the outside. the radius look double what it should be.
You also should not use so much grease. If the grease gets under the flat and has no where to go your flat will deform. Hydraulic dents???
Al you need is a light coat of oil or grease just enough to feel on the surface.
