Milled receiver source?

I've got a bulgarian kit with a virgin barrel. CNC warrior is out of stock, and last i checked wont ship to kommifornistan. Would a lancaster receiver be a disaster? Any other non-stub options out there?

Does Quentin Defense still do middle man transfers?

I believe Iron Clad Armory makes them. I'm not sure if they sell the receivers separate from their builds though. It wouldn't hurt to ask

I could find a middle man, but CNC is currently out of stock. I'd really rather not spend an extra 60 dollars on it if I don't have to either.
