    Question on Anodized finish.

I bought a Yankee Hill upper and when it arrived it looks very flat with a chalky feel. I asked RocoBro about it and he mentioned oiling it? Is this normal for new, stripped uppers and if so, what kind of oil?

    Thanks

Seems about right. As for oil, I really don't oil my lower's external areas often. You could use some Rem Oil wipes. Works for me. Just wipe of excess.

CLP.. when you do it you will see why.

Go to the nearest Wally world and get CLP. Although any gun oil would also work.
