    Buffer tube question

My Magpul came with two weighted buffer tubes.
Why the different weights and when would you use either one and why?
What about bolt bounce and how do I know which way to go when building an AR?
    Thanks!

In a barrel lets say that has a 1:7 twist (that usually) likes a heavier round like the 75gr... all things remaining equal has a bit more recoil and will run better with a heavier buffer - H2.

With a light round eg. 55gr. it wants a lighter buffer.

      It's subtle, tailor to taste.
