Can anyone help me install a Rossi R92 spring kit in San Diego area

Just bought a Rossi R92 rifle in 357 and a spring kit to improve the action for it and I'm a little hesitant to dissasemble and replace the springs and a little stoneing and polishing on it.
Any one in the San Diego area have any exspeareance doing this sort of thing that could help me out ?
