    AR Mag Feed Lip Die

Anyone know where I can find a device to properly form feed lips on AR mags? Not just something to correct imperfections, I mean a die to form them from straight walls.

If none are available, anyone have an idea on how to make one?

A sheet metal tooling company could make it for you.
It's gonna be expensive and part of a much bigger set of tooling.
Realize that the sides of an AR mag are stamped, then formed, then the sides welded together.
They don't form a tube and then form the lips into the top afterwards if that is your thinking...

    Most work performed while-you-wait.

I was thinking of a way to make garage built mags from cutouts, under the assumption that the presses needed to make stamped mags might not be available.
