    30 rd mag housing.

    It it legal to have a company in Cali to stamp out 30rd mag housing .

    I Was asking since u can get MAG repair kits in cali?

    any lawyers feed back would be great.

    I can't see any reason why not. you're not manufacturing magazines. just parts.

      I've been looking into this myself, but I was thinking of having them stamp side plates only - which would later be welded to 3/4 inch strips of steel to make the front and back.

      My biggest concern is properly forming the feed lips.
      I use to be an anarchist but I quit that; there's too many rules.

        i was thinking of making like 5000k housing and then sell them as repair kits...
        also have another company make the floor plates and another companys make the tilt followers.. and springs also....

          I would just use Magpul followers if you can, they pretty well perfected it.
          But yeah, selling them as repair kits would be the way to go.
