AR upper assembly SF Bay

Hi, looking for a smith to put together an upper for me from parts. Need to install gas tube to gas block, pin flash hider, and headspace bolt. Don't want to wing it on my own, want it done right. Will pay fair price for time. Live in Santa Cruz and commute to San Jose and Peninsula area for work. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks!
