blocking and pinning hicap mags

looking for someone to block and pin a hicap mag to hold cali legal limit of 10 round mag, cannot find 10 round mags anywhere so only option is to have someone pin and block for me, thanks...

If they are plastic mags you can epoxy the blocks in yourself easy.

If they are Metal mags use JB Weld steel embedded epoxy.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong but converting high cap mags to legal mags in CA must be permanent.

Pinning the block in would be to easy to remove and would not meet the standard.

thanks i appreciate the suggestion, i am having a hell of a time finding cali legal mags so if they will be permanent, so be it untill i can find some factory 10 round mags. seems like i can find 20 round mags on every street corner, kind not what i thought would happen

I was in North County Firearms a while back; they sell 30 round pmags converted to 10. According to the person behind the counter there is no degree of permanance required, but they put a drop of super glue on the floorplate just to keep the customer from removing the block and then claiming "I bought it like this at North County Firearms"
