At the moment, parts kits are basically non-existant. And if you do fine one, its going to cost you a lot. If you want to build one, I'd wait a couple months after all this panic buying has settled and kits start trickling back onto the normal market.

Assuming CA doesn't ban home builds in the mean time.

I have the tools here in my shop in Carmichael, just east of Sac, if you want to drive up here. I've only built one, a Tantal, so I'm not the most experienced guy around. They aren't that hard to do though.
