Upper Assembly

I am putting a YHM FF hand guard onto my upper. I have the armorer's tool, a vice, punch set w/brass hammer, and pretty much everything else I think I need.

The one thing I do not have that I know I will need is an upper vice block. Can anyone make a recommendation on one that will work for me? It is a flat top upper if that makes a difference.
