AR Front Sling Mount Missing Piece or what?

Hey guys can use your help! I've got a front sling mount kit from Brownells and I'm unsure if I'm missing a piece or if I just need to do something to this myself? Check out what I got in the package below..



This piece in image below has no end cap so it just slides right back out.. I swear I'm missing a piece, am I? If so what's it called so I can order it? Or any other creative solutions? Any help is appreciated!

take a punch and hammer down the open end of that rivet; it should mushroom outwards and prevent the rivet from backing out. a google search for "install AR 15 front sling swivel" brought up instructions; brownells has a video here.
